1. Pre-sales communication

Once you have any projects for packaging, please kindly tell us your requirements, such as products, packing sizes, net weight, or other details. Focus team will help you find the most suitable packaging solutions. We have excellent R&D team, which can design the customized equipments as per your demands. At that time, we will make drawings for your checking intuitively. It is better that you send us your products that we can test with our machines.

 

 

2. Order arrangement

After confirming the details with you, we will start production. We have our own workshop and manufacturing team, like cutting plates, welding, assembling and so on. Once machines are ready, our Quality Control will have strict inspection and test several times, to make sure the equipments with no problems.

 

3. Package and shipment

We use standard export plywood cases for the package, which is much stable. We have rich experience in exporting
goods, so please don’t worry about the shipment problems.

 

4. Installation and training

We will attach the detailed installation drawing with the machines. If you have any problems when you are installing,
we can help you by phone call or video. If you indeed need our technicians to install the machines for you, you need
to pay for visa charge, room and board fees, etc, and cost of labor at $80/day.

 

5. After-sales support

The system has a one year for guarantee, we will repair the damaged accessory within the expiry date, and
customers should bear the courier fee. And we will provide technical support lifelong and provide
accessories persistently.
